TV channels didn’t work properly, if they worked at all. Pool/Gym/Spa area was closed for private events at all times.

The staff training at check-in. The room service food was substandard, cold, and stale. I got food poisoning from your old frozen non-fresh battered fish and tartar sauce. Having to pay twice for my stay due to not understanding
