Gorgeous stay from start-to-finish. All the little details really made it feel special and personal. Staff were all incredibly friendly and happy to help. The room was very small but it was perfect for just me. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, everything you would need was available. I’ll definitely be back.

No kettle in the room but the staff told me where to find the coffee machine and/or offered to bring me one up.

Nice and very cosy hotel, clean, comfortable bed and bedroom and bathroom with window. It's close to the centre, close to the metro stops and the Piccadilly station. Many services are free such as prosecco in the afternoon, the coffee station and fresh fruit always available, hot drinks served in the room in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day even though our stay was short. A big thank you to the staff, in particular to Hassad who helped us during our stay by suggesting places to see and recommending places to find eight food or just to have a chat. I definitely recommend it.

The only critique I would give is that the reception/bar area felt quite cluttered and chaotic when we arrived.
