incredibly inconsiderate guest constantly going in n out of room late at night then again early in morning but not Green Tortoise's fault
Easy access to breakfast. Plenty of seating in dining area/common areas. Management made it right after there mistake. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Clear advertisement that building is stairs only and located on second floor. First come system needs to accommodate request made during booking- placing two seniors on upper bunks not an ideal situation.
