- Accueil mitigé (le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais) - Petit-déjeuner minimaliste, si vous arrivez en fin de service, il y a très peu de nourriture disponible. - Nous avons demandé un check out à 12h au lieu de 10h car notre fille était malade, nous avons dû régler un supplément de 4000 yens
