Lots of stairs. A rude neighbor came out half-naked to complain about the noises he heard from the stairs and asked us to close all our windows :) But the apartment itself had no privacy as it could be seen from above and everything could be heard, the architecture is that of Ryads so windows facing inwards and a large central courtyard that makes the noises 'accessible to everyone. The bathroom doors have glass windows...again, zero privacy. Two beds are in the attic, one of our boys hit his head with an open wound...
The property was gorgeously situated next to the center of Essaouira, a stone's throw away from the fish market, it had a very traditional look on the inside and was well maintained.

No AC, or windows, lots of stairs to climb (although understandable for where it's situated), and the door was tough to open.

It's the second time I've stayed at Jack's and the last apartment rented was exceptional with one of the most beautiful views I know. The apartment is very well equipped and you feel at home. The balcony with the view and the rooms are magical.
