Good location for the center of Funchal, parking available uphill. Spacious room with slightly shabby aesthetics. Overall slightly overrated compared to what I expected from the score.

Hostel set up rather traditionally. Private room but cleanliness not always satisfactory, some stains on the sheets and curtains. Clean bathrooms but unfortunately, the behavior of other users has compromised the same.
