The room is a bit simple and slightly dirty, but considering the price, it was not expected to be too good.

Very dirty room, sofas with remnants of old food, poorly maintained, broken pipes, each room is different, you can get a better or worse one in the same reservation even if the reserved category is the same. The window... just to say something. It's a part of the wall that you open to an interior patio/roof of the building across with smoke vents that are better left unopened. The air conditioning remote doesn't work, and they don't even bother to change it. It's set excessively intense and cannot be reduced. Either you turn it off or you freeze. They change your room if you ask, but it shouldn't even have to happen. The general facilities at first glance are not bad, but when you start paying attention, you notice there's no effort, it's old and lacks maintenance. Unfriendly staff, quite rude. They don't explain anything, not even the breakfast schedule or a hello... nothing. Small towels, for hands, none for the body. Saying they have breakfast is a joke. It's a hotel room converted into a dining room with 2 tables. They only have milk, coffee, no sugar or anything similar, sliced bread, cereals, jam, and cereals. They also have raw eggs to cook yourself in two pans that they provide and don't wash during breakfast. If you arrive late, you won't have breakfast because they don't replenish. The remote control... well, very scarce. The area is good for the metro connection, but you can tell it's between a decadent party atmosphere and sporadic encounters of couples. In terms of amenities, they actually provide 2 condoms. Well located, but there are many better options.

In fact, the fridge is stocked with containers from which to take toast, cooked ham, and eggs that you have to cook yourself (you also have to cook the eggs), there is also orange juice, milk, and corn flakes. Reduced to the bone but good for us.

I absolutely find it unfeasible to have hand towels as small as a handkerchief to use to dry the body after a shower. This should be reviewed.

We didn't go for breakfast any day, as we went with a child, and we couldn't manage to get ready on time any day 🤣
