Friendly, clean, lots of safety measures. Restaurant attached Albert's was great. Location for what we wanted was good. Price reasonable.

Window was open when we arrived and there was a smoker outside too close. It subsided with time but were aware when someone new was doing the same. Close window when not there.

Visiting Manchester to see friends and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Albert’s restaurant next door is a good option for evening meals. Easy to get to. Good parking facilities. Clean and comfortable bed. Grab and go breakfast option included in price.
