Too few towels and check in is unfamiliar. No tidy up the room for short stay

للاسف حجزت على تقييم الاخت اللي تحت وكانت تمدح ووصفها له كانت مناسبة ولكن بالواقع يجب انت تعرفو هم يديرون عدد من الشقق في بنايات مختلفة وانتبهو من السكن هنا Świętego Krzyża 3, Kraków, Województwo małopolskie والمصيبة بناية مخيفة وبدائية وحصلت فيها واحد مشرد مدري كيف دخل ومظلمه والشقه ليست كما في الصورة المصيبة بالدور الثالث يعني غير الارضي بعض الناس يعتبرها الرابع واذا معك شنط ياساتراما باقي البنايات ماعرفها ممكن جيده حسب وصف البقية بس الحذر من هذا العنوان والموقع الوحيد طوال اقامتي الذي اخذ وديعه وغيره افضل وافخم وبدون وديعه وساخبركم متى تعاد

مدخل يحتاج تحسين درج متهالك باب الحمام المقبض يخرج من مكانه ولايوجد قفل طلبنا تغييرها وللاسف لم يخدمونا بحجة لايتوفر مكان اخر ولما ازدنا حجز اخر وجدناه متوفر

La tv non funzionava

We booked the property last minute as our flight was cancelled. There was some confusion about the address as the address differed on the booking .com site and the conformation. We called the number and were advised very clearly what we needed to do to access the property. We were not disappointed on entry, it is a real oasis in the centre of the city. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer!!!
