I liked everything: the perfect location close to major attractions, the cleanliness, the room size, the bed (which was excellent for someone with back problems), the outstanding staff, and the very good breakfast. I liked the hotel so much that I stayed there again upon returning from Sapa, and I would stay there every time I visited Hanoi.

The fact that there was no window in the room
I loved everything. Perfect location, close to the main attractions, cleanliness, room size, very good bed for those with back problems, excellent staff, very good breakfast. I liked the hotel so much that when I returned from Sapa I stayed there again and would stay there every time I returned to Hanoi.
