The bathroom is separated by a glass wall right next to the bed, so you can hear the other person using the toilet or bathtub. If you use the bathroom at night, the light illuminates the bedroom as well, disturbing sleep.
Expensive parking at the hotel
Good location - 10 min walk from the old town. The rooms are relatively big in space, very clean and the bed is comfortable. Friendly staff.

Small thing - there wasn’t any guest amenities or hotel toiletries (like cotton swabs), something you’d expect to find in a 4-star hotel. But it wasn’t a big deal to be honest.
Paid €150/night and got a room next to the elevator and a technical room — constant humming noise so strong the wall actually vibrated. Had to keep the TV on all night just to fall asleep. At reception I was told there were no rooms available to replace mine — even though Booking showed available rooms at that exact moment. So they simply lied. When I pointed this out, they came up with a new excuse: no housekeeping staff to prepare another room. Then they said they could move me only if I hadn't used the towel or robe. No compensation offered, no real attempt to fix anything — just shrugging for two hours while I tried to get some rest before my flight. Ended up stuck in a noisy room I paid full price for. I used to choose Marriott specifically because I trusted the quality. This experience broke that trust. Not recommended.

The corridors could have done with an upgrade as they are looking tired. The wifi was difficult to access as it required you to become a member but the sign-up process was not working and we got error messages each time we tried. Strange that we only got one tea bag per day, even when we asked for more, and there was no milk!
