Access codes received by SMS a few hours before our arrival. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the activity center (Bourbon Street, Canal Street, French Quarter, close to many restaurants...). Fairly large fridge with appreciated ice maker in the heat.

It is important to specify on which floor the apartment is located. The windows do not open, the apartment's ventilation relies on machinery installed in a closet in the living room/kitchen. This machinery produces a constant and particularly deafening noise. This is crucial information that should be indicated in the listing, especially since the sofa bed is in the same room. It is therefore very difficult to sleep there under good conditions. We also had to cook with the front door open to the hallway because the hood was not working and there was no other effective way to ventilate during meal preparation. The sofa bed mattress is simply unworthy of a rental property: it is deformed, extremely thin, and very uncomfortable. I had back pain from the first night, when I still managed to sleep despite the incessant noise of the machinery. The kitchen equipment is also insufficient: only one small spoon and one large spoon, as well as an insufficient number of pots to really cook. Finally, there are no real blackout curtains, neither in the bedroom nor in the living room, only standard blinds that do not properly block out the light. These various elements, especially the constant noise of the machinery in the room where the sofa bed is located, should have been clearly specified before booking.

Our reservation was for a family of 4. It had one big bed and a small broken sofa. No extra pillows, no bedding. It could not accommodate 4 persons. The photos of the pool are not real.

Bed was a little too stiff, and the shower curtain didn't go down to the floor all the way, so water gets all on the floor. This will eventually cause mold for you guys, so I think you all should get a new shower curtain that is long enough
