Everything was really comfortable here at the hotel very well located for the old quarter, clean and quiet. Enjoyed a great shampoo care and manicure on site, very practical. Staff was really helpful to help us with many things, including booking our next bus to Sapa. Thank you!

La atención del personal fue excelente. La habitación a pesar de estar de cara a la calle era tranquila y muy limpia. El desayuno muy completo, a pesar de que siempre bajamos fuera de hora…a pesar de eso siempre sonrisas. Genial ubicación para ir caminando a todos los sitios. Este hotel quizá no tiene la clase de los lujosos de Hanoi pero no te decepcionará.
