Beautiful clean new room equipped with all comforts.. you could have breakfast either in the room or upstairs.. Cozy structure with the guests. Very prepared host

Unfortunately, the plasterboard walls made it possible to hear everything the neighbors were doing. What's more absurd is that every time the neighbor in the next room turned on the water, the water pump for the toilet would start running.. to give you an idea, the neighbor was taking a shower at 01:00 in the night.. we slept very little..

A fantastic apartment with a wonderful atmosphere, fully equipped with everything you need. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is a real highlight, too. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Luca was very kind and welcoming. He greeted us when we arrived and gave us some great tips and recommendations. The place is pleasant, quiet, and very clean, with a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! :)

Fantastic experience, honestly more than I expected, clean rooms equipped with all comforts, just 600 meters from Villa Bellini practically in the center of the nightlife and a few hundred meters more to Piazza Duomo and the historic center of Catania, not to mention Luca's welcoming, like family from the first minute with precise and invaluable directions on how to move around and where to EAT, excellent.
Fantastic experience, honestly more than I expected, clean rooms equipped with all comforts, just 600 meters from Villa Bellini practically in the center of the nightlife and a few hundred meters more to Piazza Duomo and the historic center of Catania, not to mention Luca's welcoming, like family from the first minute with precise and invaluable directions on how to move around and where to EAT, excellent.
It's not very far from the center on foot. The room was okay (a few minor touch-ups needed) The breakfast is good (missing a classic coffee maker for tourists 😁) Luca welcomed us well.

The noise... from the AC 🤷🏻♀️ and also at the beginning of the night, there were footsteps upstairs, we went to check but it wasn't coming from the person we thought because it continued for a while after...
