No replacement of towels. Mattress was poor and very uncomfortable. Bathroom floods everything when a shower is taken.

Purchased a room that was advertised as a double bed plus a sofa bed as me and my partner were staying with our 3-year-old son (when booking I stated there were 3 of us coming). Once booked, the property contacted me and stated I had to pay 600NOK extra for the use of the sofa bed despite booking a room that clearly had one advertised. Also, the check-in process was a faff, all contactless, no humans, and no check-in desk. Arrived earlier than 3 pm and all doors locked and unable to enter the property despite indicating on the app that we would be arriving before 3. Nowhere to even leave luggage or use the toilet. Luckily, saw a cleaner who let us in.

Read the description carefully as they are precisely accurate. For instance, the list includes a refrigerator. It does not say “freezer” and indeed there is no freezer as part of the refrigerator. That was an unpleasant surprise after shopping for groceries for the week. The description notes that no cooking condiments are included. That is true, and only large, household-sized quantities are available at the grocery store. A free washer and dryer were available at the ground level. True to the description, there was no drying rack available.
