The property is brand new and has well-maintained shared spaces. I really loved the communal kitchen with continental breakfast. Few products but all very good. Coffee always available.

I read in French in the room, I would have preferred a normal double bed.

Great, easy stay. Really clean room with plenty of closet space and a great mini-fridge. The hotel space is nice with a courtyard and plenty of seating (used by guests, but never crowded during the week I was there). The kitchen/lobby was easy to use and not crowded during off-hours (I did not go at breakfast time, so not sure). Good location on the west side. Very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

Be aware that the bathroom has clear glass. Once again, the bathroom has clear glass. There is a curtain that you can close, but I would not stay in this room with another person if you care about privacy. Also, this hotel has two floors and it did not seem to have an elevator, only stairs.

Breakfast was a wonderful bonus after a busy night. The location was not too far from where I needed to go. It was close to a few stores, which was great!
