Staff were exceptional - proactive to help when, for example, a tour guide was running late. The price was very reasonable considering that Victoria Falls is a very expensive place to stay. I really liked the African inspired decor and approach to sustainability.

My family felt it was less luxurious than other similarly priced places they had stayed in cheaper destinations!

Everything was great.

FRIENDLY reception. Small-scale, in the middle of the city. Cozy and very tidy. Taxi to lookout café or Victoria Falls ($10), not far. Helpful staff, especially the lovely lady at the reception.

The facilities and amenities were very basic for the price that you pay.

This location is good and close to restaurants and shops with a short taxi ride. But most impressive is the staff, all of whom were kind, generous, and helpful. I will stay here again just because the staff was so exceptional.
