Those streets are not bad, maybe at night it can give a different impression, and the entrance of the building looks old. But inside is very good, I recommend.

Unfortunately, due to the other guests staying there like us, we could not take advantage of the living area and they left it occupied and dirty... Not excellent cleaning and the shower door was getting stuck and the microphone needs to be replaced

I stayed for one night at this property, honestly I expected much more, especially regarding cleanliness. I am a girl and I am not one of those who look for a needle in a haystack, but I could not help but notice the dust deposited everywhere, between the bed linen, the bedside table, the bathroom shelves and even on the floor, where one had to distinguish between dirt, dust, and various customers' hair... In short, excellent property but very poor cleanliness. To add that the TV was not working and everything became more cramped, as all kinds of noises could be heard, from the street, gate, and more...

The location was great. It was the best option to be considered if you travel for a few days. The cleaning was once every two days and they changed the towels. Good value for a good price.
