The staff at the place is very attentive and with a good disposition, the facilities are always clean and tidy upon arrival after the tours. Brunno at reception found my bank card and was very concerned to contact me and get it to me, 100% reliable, I would stay at the place again.

It's a bit far from the central square where most tours drop you off, you can walk there in about 20 minutes. I do not recommend walking there at night because there is a large flow of people around, but Uber transportation works excellently and is economical.

The breakfast was deplorable. On the second day, it seems that the breakfast attendant did not show up for work, and the other workers had to improvise. You have to ask for things several times to receive them. Breakfast was cold.

It was well located and the rooms were comfortable. The best part was the reception staff, Jahir was charming and helped us at all times.

What I liked the most was the staff, their human quality. They always solved everything for us! Especially the receptionist Bruno, as he provided us with a lot of useful information about economical and reliable tours. In addition to that, we liked the cleanliness of the place, always spotless. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommended if you come to Cusco!
