The B&B Chérie is central and well located to quickly reach both the Concordia pier and the train station. Mr. Alfonso is very kind, welcoming, and always ready to meet the needs of his guests. Clean rooms with everything needed to fully enjoy the stay. My wife and I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent—close to the main attractions and old town, and only a three-minute walk from the train station. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful, and although her English was limited, we were able to communicate with a little Italian. Overall, the location is a definite 10/10.

The check-in process needs significant improvement. Despite confirming our arrival time, we were left outside for approximately 45 minutes, and multiple calls, emails and text messages went unanswered. We also heard from other guests that check-in could be better organised. The balcony chair was broken and unusable, while the shower was leaking and didn’t function properly. Resolving these issues would greatly improve the experience.
