The place is very quiet, in a good area. Nearby there are restaurants to eat without having to go too far. It's easy to order transportation and it's well located. It was clean and comfortable.

They didn't have enough towels in my room, nor sufficient soap or toilet paper for 4 people.
In the end, they told me they didn't have availability and I didn't stay at their establishment. They only apologized because the system had accepted my reservation without having availability. I had to look elsewhere.

The receptionist on the day I arrived was not very friendly, to say the least. She was a bit arrogant, tired from a long trip, and not at all kind. Inside the room, there was a damaged lamp, and the lock was also difficult to open and close.

The room had dirty sheets on both beds, we were moved to another room which smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had no soap. The cleanliness was very poor, the shower had very low water pressure, and the facilities lacked maintenance.
