Small compared to the photos on the website, which may have been misleading. Managing the spaces, although there were only two of us, was challenging.

Pulling out the bed every night and setting it up again the next morning in these tight spaces.

This was our second stay in a houseboat with this company and, again, perfect for our needs. We were able to park close by, escape the heat and business of the city, and enjoy being on the water. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the boat was very clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the rooftop area!

Mandatory online check-in. We still have to get used to our electronic world. The staff walked me through it, however. Breakfast was not to our tastes; however, the supplied coffee, coffee machine, and teas were much appreciated.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating - despite the language barrier, immediate help was offered when needed. The houseboat was clean and had everything you need - a bit cramped, but still cozy.

The location is somewhat suboptimal for pedestrians. We checked in on a Friday - all the nearby restaurants were completely booked in the evening, if reachable at all. ATTENTION: From Friday afternoon, make sure to leave the car in the parking lot; otherwise, you won't find a spot (!!!) - the place that was hardly occupied at noon is filled with cars in the evening because the bars offer live music until 03:00 in the morning. Dinner was therefore difficult for us.

Everything was perfect.

Cozy, great amenities, everything is there. Very nice staff, and lactose-free products were mostly available for breakfast if needed. You can relax and end the day on the roof.

The air conditioning itself is very quiet BUT the outdoor heat exchanger had a bearing problem, so it was loud in the sleeping area, and unfortunately, we didn't sleep well. The bicycles available for free use are hardly usable. That was really annoying; one of them completely broke on our way to the city. So new or at least well-maintained bicycles are needed, or better not offer any at all. Then there should be a plan for who borrows and uses them when. Unfortunately, this is very poorly organized. Sleeping on the sofa together was also not good if the bedroom was too loud, as one side of the sofa is too hard.
