Haian is well located with great sea views from the front facing room we had (606). The pool staff are great (Adam gets a special mention for his attention) and we also enjoyed the afternoon tea.

The construction noise is the killer for my rating. I can only assume Danang is not governed by noise regulations after dark! Heavy works were still underway well after midnight. A call to reception brought empathy but an inability to take any action. A complimentary voucher for a drink does not compensate for 3 sleepless nights unfortunately. I’d pre paid for 3 nights. Beware. These works only appear to be in their infancy with many more months to come I suspect.
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist optimal. Wir hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Restaurants, Wechselstuben und Supermärkte sind auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber, modern und das Frühstück war extrem umfangreich.

Es war sehr laut, da direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle war und die Leute die ganze Nacht durchgearbeitet haben.

I called reception at 2am due to being unwell to ask for a later checkout offered to extend till 1pm which was great however i got a call at 12:15 telling me to leave at 12:45. Which is not a nice phone call to receive i was going to be out on time at 1pm. Don’t allow me to extend unless you commit to that extension.
