Oh my goodness! What didn't I like? This hotel probably over delivered. I had a beautiful corner suite overlooking Han River. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby. I love the decor all over the building. The location was perfect! I would rate this hotel 10/10 stars!

Receptionist is too rigid. Even though the guest booked a room for 2 people, there was a mistake in noting the number of guests on the booking app. The receptionist forced the guest to buy an additional room. 2 rooms cost nearly 6 million but only allowed 2 people to stay. My group had 3 adults and 2 children but had to pay extra for 3 people. It's really unreasonable, as if the hotel is just waiting for guests to make mistakes to make more money. This is the last time staying at this hotel even though I have been here many times before.
In my opinion, the hotel is not worth the money at all. The location is good and the view is really nice, but you pay an extremely high price that does not correspond to the condition of the hotel. Everything seemed old, worn out, and partly neglected. The beds were uncomfortable, there was mold in the shower, and overall you simply did not feel like you were in a hotel of this price range. Many things were visibly old or damaged. Especially at these prices, one expects a completely different quality and a significantly better standard. For us, the price-performance ratio was really poor and completely exaggerated. There are many other nice accommodations in the area where you get much more for your money. For us, this hotel was a big disappointment and we would definitely not book it again at this price.
