The cleanliness, there were hairs from previous clients everywhere, the room was not vacuumed before being delivered. The toilet paper was of very low quality, running out quickly and only one roll per day. The room had 2 separate single beds even though it was booked as a double. Many burnt out or flickering lights

The hotel has many floors, during peak times waiting for the elevator takes a long time.

An extremely terrible experience! I rarely give negative reviews to any place, but the experience at Comodo was extremely terrible. I read many reviews online + reviews on booking websites + agoda, saw many people praising this hotel (or due to hotel's booking seeding), I have always chosen to stay at 5-star hotels so when I saw the images, videos that the hotel posted of the rooms online + the positive reviews, I decided to book a room at Comodo because the rooms online looked very clean and beautiful. But when I arrived, I was very disappointed, I don't understand why a hotel like this is a top seller on agoda and has so many good reviews: - First: The hotel claims to be a 5-star hotel but when I arrived, the staff did not come out to welcome or offer to carry luggage for customers, very unprofessional and unfriendly attitude - Second: I have booked rooms on agoda and booking many times, every time the room in reality looks exactly like the images online, but this time it's different: the room at Comodo posted online looks brand new and clean, but the room I received was an old room, all corners of the walls were dirty due to lack of maintenance, the ceiling was low creating a cramped feeling, the room looked dark, all the furniture in the room was very old, not at all commensurate with the self-proclaimed 5-star status of the hotel - Third: The breakfast buffet was very poor, it seems they used everything from sausages to stuff into breakfast dishes: sausage stuffed burger, kimbap rice roll with sausage, sausage stuffed bread...???? - Fourth: How can a 5-star hotel not have bathrobes as a minimum requirement in the room, if you want a bathrobe you have to call reception to borrow because only floors 6 and 10 have bathrobes available in the room??? Do you differentiate room categories like that? And even shampoo bottles are not provided?
