Very nice room and hotel. Staff was super friendly. Ari showed us the main things to do in one afternoon in Brussels as we waited for our rooms to be ready. Super close to Brussels central station which was a great bonus.

Breakfast could have been a little better and location is definitely not the safest area but of course, you need to keep your eyes open anywhere you are.
The breakfast was complete, there was everything and all very good. It was close to several metro stations and the central station and very quiet.

The cleanliness could be improved and the beds were tiny and not very comfortable

I arrived late at night 11:30 pm and had to wait outside on the street for 15 minutes before someone let me in the hotel. There was only one person and he had gone to get towels for another guest so no-one was at the desk when I arrived.
Great facilities, friendly reception, very clean room, comfortable bed and linen, plenty of storage, good kitchen area. Easy to walk from Eurostar station
