The room was ok
Across the street there was a wedding or something...noise...I couldn't sleep. A friend paid for me to rest for 2 hours. I didn't sleep...I left my luggage there and left. I came back at 2 when the check-in was done and they still wanted money for another night. At the sauna, there is no sign until I enter all the facilities...then in the customer reviews they say it's free...then they ask for 7000 tenge for 2 hours of sauna with a 10% discount that they didn't apply (not to mention that I only stayed for one hour because I scheduled at 3 then they said another hour - I accepted - but they didn't respect anything). There is nothing special. It's clean and that's how all hotels should be, not that it's something extraordinary. It's far from the center. The best thing was that it had a sauna but at this price, it's not worth it. I do not recommend. The receptionist thought this is how business is done but it's not ok. I do not recommend unless they review their policy and attitude

I had to ask to change the room because there was no hot water and the air conditioner was leaking water in the room. Far from the center
