Quarto limpo, piscinas bonitas, funcionários extremamente cordiais, respeitosos e prestativos. Grande destaque para o nosso concierge Eddy Exale 'Pretty Boy'; ele foi super prestativo, certificou-se de que estávamos cientes das atividades diárias, de nossas necessidades e nos verificava todos os dias para garantir que estávamos felizes e tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos.

Quarto limpo, piscinas bonitas, funcionários extremamente cordiais, respeitosos e prestativos. Our stay was amazing, we were upgraded for booking on hotels.com with the level status, which gave us access to exclusive restaurants and pool and beach areas. Room cleanliness was very good, as well as the common areas. Very beautiful and pleasant pool area, just like the entire hotel! Water park for all ages, which makes a big difference for those traveling with 2 children like us. Staff always very cordial and helpful. Very well-equipped and clean kids' area, where you can leave the children without an adult present, with no extra charge. Good quality food at the buffets and breakfast. I can say that the special restaurants were very good, but nothing spectacular. As for the shows/entertainment, I cannot comment because we couldn't attend any, as the children slept very early. Overall evaluation is spectacular, would definitely return, great value for money.

O resort é lindo, e nos divertimos nas piscinas e no parque aquático, mas minha família e eu não gostamos que não tenham variedade de comida no buffet, comemos melhor em casa.
