If it wasn’t for the kind and considerate of the night Duty Manager, Miss Baurmi, our stay would have been a nightmare for us. Ms Baurmi agreed to change our room to a room with a window; we weren’t aware that all Premier Rooms were windowless!🫣

The property could do with some maintenance such as repaint since it’s so dull and overall too dated….therefore I am of an opinion that it’s more like a 3 stars hotel.
