Parking was definitely a low point. We have a large truck and were unable to park on the lower level, and there were no available spaces on the upper level. Part of the parking area was also blocked off for upcoming work. We eventually had to park in a non-designated area and get up early the next morning to see if a regular parking space had opened up. It was very frustrating and inconvenient.

Smells so bad and I had a bad allergies first 2 days but I had to stay cause my freind has surgery and she wasn’t able to move they might change the carpet and glue smell very strong

Visited in the beginning of July and the elevator was broke and it’s August and the elevator is still broke and the wait time for only one elevator is long and it’s hard to going down 5 flights of stairs with a lot of luggage.
