Serious lack of elevators, very poor design. This trip spent about one hour waiting for the elevator. Every time waiting for the elevator is a torture experience.
The bathroom has two sinks, the one near the door leaks. After reporting, they promised to send housekeeping to check, but no one came and the issue was not resolved.
