The service staff was not friendly. When asked to send a letter (with a stamp), they replied that it would be inconvenient for them. There is no cafe/bar constantly operating in the hotel. It is commendable that the hotel follows sustainability principles, however, it would be welcome if the room was tidied up daily without being asked (not necessarily changing towels), just taking out the trash, replenishing water, etc.

Wonderful. Exceeded expectations. Everything needed for relaxation. It is evident that everything is for the clients. The room is perfect in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Ideal location. Parking lot. I recommend. You will not be disappointed.

The air conditioner was very noisy, when the windows were open, there was a lot of noise from the street, so the night was difficult
