Guest sentiment

• Cleanliness9.2

Multiple reviews praise cleanliness and excellent housekeeping service; only isolated notes about occasional unemptied bowls or missed items.

• Service9.3

Staff frequently described as professional, friendly and helpful (upgrades, early check-in, late checkout); occasional language barrier (English) mentioned.

• Location9.6

Consistently highlighted as a major strength: direct access to Hongik Univ station, airport line, shopping mall and many dining options; great for transfers and exploring Hongdae.

• Room Quality8.0

Mixed feedback: beds and bedding are very comfortable and AC praised, but several mentions of small rooms, some windowless rooms and thin walls; bathroom soundproofing issues reported.

• Amenities8.6

Good basic amenities (effective AC, lobby/concierge setup, direct mall access); limitations include limited TV choices (no Netflix) and occasional elevator wait times.

• Value for Money7.6

Split sentiment: many find prices reasonable with breakfast included, but weekend rates described as high/crazy and some advise checking price before booking.

• Food and Beverage8.3

Breakfast is generally included and described as good or even luxurious by some, but others note crowds and limited choices; overall acceptable for the price point.

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall very positive experience driven by location, comfortable beds and reliable housekeeping; most guests recommend or would return despite a few minor issues.
