Oily floor, towels smell bad and musty. The guard near the swimming pool may have issues with people. Had to call 2/3 people, they don't understand English, let alone Malay. Asked to sit by the pool, can't walk around. If that's the case, make a garden inside the swimming pool. The cleaner just stands and watches, ready with a mop in hand. Check-in was troublesome, had to go back and forth just to get the key from the mailbox. And the deposit was only returned after 5 hours, and that was only after I spammed calls to them with my husband. I think this is the last time, sigh.
