The staff is very good, the location is excellent. The smoking area at the entrance of the apartments spreads a strong smell, a solution should be found for that issue.

The walls are painted, scratched, dirty around the sockets, construction work in the bathroom. All in all, they don't really make an effort to leave a good impression.

Cleaning of towels and sofa

Certainly not a 4-star hotel, as was already clear from previous reviews. Not a surprise then. However, the value for money is undoubtedly very favorable. Spacious and functional room, with a small sofa and table, very comfortable (the only thing really of 4 stars). Strategic hotel location, right in the center, at the gates of Baščaršija.

Limited reception services (end at 4 pm; staff available remotely 24/7, but not always on site). Room cleaning only on request. Cleaning and maintenance not perfect (a wall in the room suffered damage from a leak in the ceiling and the cleaning of the sofa was affected by some stains; however, the sheets were very clean and the overall level of hygiene comfortable).

The hotel's location is very central. Baščaršija is just 5 minutes from the hotel. The Sacred Heart Cathedral is also very close. Sara from the reception was really kind and helpful. Special thanks for her care and hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Sometimes there’s no one at the reception, especially during certain hours. I think this is something the hotel should improve, it was the only downside of my stay.
