The location is excellent. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.

However, upon arrival our toilet was not working. The reception was informed but said they didn't have any spare room to switch me. I was only there one night so I just dealt with the broken toilet issue that night. A little unfortunate since it should be one of the first things they check is working properly. The staff were okay, I can't say it was bad but not the most welcoming or outstanding.
Very well located just in front of a park and churches. The front desk lady Itzel was very helpful to recommend places and also accesible to an hour early check in

The room WiFi was very weak and many apps and sites wouldn’t load properly, other than that was very good and accommodating

Not precisely that I don’t like, just we had heavy suitcases to take upstairs so it’s more like consider it there is no elevator, but it was also not a big deal

Zero water pressure and I mean we showered with drops of water, we travel to Mexico a lot, we’re used to pretty bad water pressure. This was way worse. Also they is no one to help with luggage. Most rooms are upstairs and the stairs are very steep. I suppose it’s okay if you have a main level room.
