Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gründlich gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt sehr gut. Auch die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Leider waren wir vom Service an der Rezeption sehr enttäuscht. Bei Fragen außerhalb des Check-ins wirkte das Personal wenig hilfsbereit und teilweise überfordert. Besonders negativ empfanden wir die Parksituation. Auf unsere Frage nach einer Parkmöglichkeit wurde uns ausschließlich Valet Parking für 72 US-Dollar pro Nacht angeboten, ohne auf günstigere Alternativen hinzuweisen. Nur etwa 5 Meter vom Hotel entfernt fanden wir später selbst ein öffentliches Parkplatz für rund 40 US-Dollar pro Tag. Für uns entsteht dadurch leider der Eindruck, dass der Parkplatzmangel bzw. die Unkenntnis der Gäste ausgenutzt wird, um das sehr teure Valet Parking zu verkaufen. Auch unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer war bei Ankunft nicht vollständig vorbereitet. Bettwäsche und weitere benötigte Ausstattung mussten wir nachträglich anfordern. Zusätzlich war der Wasserdruck sowohl am Waschbecken als auch in der Dusche sehr schwach.
Tomamos el metro (tren) del Aeropuerto y nos dejó a dos cuadras del hotel, llegamos un poco mas de 1 hora antes del check in, pero la habitación ya estaba lista y muy amablemente nos permitieron ingresar, el DESAYUNO EXCELENTE, MUYYYY BUENO, MUY BUENO en espacio agradable.
