No one was waiting for us upon our arrival. We received all the information via WhatsApp with videos to guide us, but despite that, in complete darkness, it was difficult to find. There are no signs of the hotel from the street.

I think you could add a washing machine. I needed to wash some of my clothes and there was nowhere in the area.
