We chose the studio room that came with a kettle, but did not know where to get the water from lol. Other than that, everything else was exceptional,....brilliant.
The staff, all were open, friendly and eager to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

Only suggestions for improvement would be for easy chairs in the room. Apart from that, everything was really good.
