We really liked the bed, the hot shower, the large bathroom, spacious, very good service at the reception, quick. Polite and careful staff! And the location, on a pedestrian street around Plazza de armas, close to restaurants and tourist spots. Easy access and lots of parties! Hehehhe (Despite that, the hotel's acoustics are excellent and the parties outside do not disturb the rest inside!) They offer us a locker to store our luggage if we are going to visit Macchu Picchu and even a snack if we have scheduled tours outside breakfast hours!

The breakfast is not bad, the people working at the hotel are quite dedicated, but for the price of the stay, it could be more diversified, with more options.
The staff is what keeps me coming back! From the reception ladies to the breakfast ladies, Nao Victoria staff makes me feel at home. Both the shared rooms and private rooms are spacious and clean and the architecture of the place is magnificent.

The sound coming from the street, from the bars
The hotel is located on a fantastic pedestrian street in Cusco. Full of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, and 150 meters from the central square. Perfect location so you don't have to walk much. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is super calm and quiet because of the huge walls. Breakfast is reasonable.

I think the bathrooms should have a countertop and a shower box.
It was close to Plaza de Armas.
It was close to Plaza de Armas.
I had booked the double room. It was located on the 2nd floor, and there was no elevator for the luggage. Although the room was relatively large, the ceiling was sloped, so you could only stand upright in the center of the room. The bathroom was small. There was no wardrobe or even a hook on the wall to hang a piece of clothing. However, the main issue was the noise from the surrounding bars; the music played extremely loud until 5 in the morning. We managed because we were exhausted from the excursions and fell fast asleep right away. The breakfast was very average; you could choose from only 4 different dishes. The staff was very nice and ready to help us with whatever we needed. Honestly, choose another hotel.
