Résidence & jardin avec quelques appartements dans un quartier calme de la ville! Un parking est disponible pour chaque appartement et l'espace de stationnement est grand. Le nettoyage est fait quotidiennement. La machine Nespresso est disponible et quelques capsules de café + sachets de thé sont offerts chaque jour.

L'appartement avec 2 chambres a une terrasse mais sans pergola pour se protéger de la pluie. La rue d'accès à la résidence est à sens unique et en pente, et il n'y a pas de miroir de rue. Il est donc important de surveiller la sortie de la résidence avant d'entrer dans la rue.

Modern furnished holiday apartment in a closed complex with a great garden including a pool, unfortunately not used due to weather. Very good communication with the office and excellent care (e.g. late check-in after midnight possible, due to a severely delayed flight). Very well maintained with the best equipment. Located just outside of Ponta Delgada, but with a short drive to the highway.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped (Nespresso coffee machine with capsules renewed daily), toaster, pots and pans, glasses/cups/plates, etc. The bed is large and comfortable. The pool is very nice and there is a terrace so you can eat inside or outside. The owners provide a dryer and a washing machine. During our stay, the washing machine had a technical problem. A staff member immediately took care of it and it was replaced. There are small attentions upon arrival with juice, milk, and bread. I highly recommend it. The price may seem high, but that's the price in the Azores.
