Very welcoming and helpful staff. They were all very kind. The family room was large, but there were no closets or shelves so for a few days it's okay. It seemed clean, but there was a bad smell in the room that never went away; we solved it by keeping the window open. Really spacious bathroom. Just outside the structure, there is the metro entrance that takes you anywhere quickly, even to the airport without changing lines. Very convenient.

Breakfast with both sweet and savory choices was offered to us, but I think the price for what they offer is too high, also because the breakfast room is not very welcoming, and there are many places nearby where you can have breakfast. The feeling was that people left, in fact, the room was often semi-occupied.
