Room facing the street so very noisy at night, we were woken up several times but the main problem is the staff, a very unpleasant lady almost aggressive who wanted to scam us at all costs. First, she starts knocking 30 minutes before the checkout time and when we wanted to pay she told us we had to pay an extra for the child's bed even though I booked a triple room for 2 adults and a child so it was already included. Second scam for the airport taxi, it was stated 20 euros and she took 25 and in the end, it wasn't a taxi, it was a man with a very old small car without air conditioning (with an outside temperature of 42 and felt like 51) and no available trunk, we had to put our suitcases next to us inside and he asked for an extra tip

I have returned for the third time to this property located right in the center of Via Etnea, I spent 5 wonderful days in this B&B. The room and bathroom were very clean, the breakfast was very good, the lady and the girls at the reception were very kind, I was very satisfied and will return with pleasure. I recommend it for those passing through Catania, I had a great time.
