The room's design was classic, giving a sense of being in an ancient capital. There was also air conditioning, a good view of the courtyard from the room, and a comfortable stay.

I wish the floor of the shower was less slippery. For the elderly, I would like to see a bit more consideration.

The hotel is on a main street. Very noisy trams and electric trains start early in the morning. The noise enters your room and wakes you up early in the morning.
Nice old-style property with some lovely features. Very convenient for the train station, Galleria, and Rynek. The room is nice and big with a sofa, fridge, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. Easy to find with good access to trams and buses. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful, especially the two on duty on the evening of September 1, 2026 (didn't get their names). Shower pressure could be better. It can be quite noisy with trams and buses when the windows are open, but this is expected due to the location. The windows could use some attention as the woodwork looks tired and shabby, but this is not a reflection on the hotel overall as maintenance on such an old traditional building must be ongoing.
