That you have to leave a deposit, which I have not seen in any other hotel. (50.- per day) When I asked what the deposit was for, I was only told that all hotels do it. According to the staff, the deposit should be credited back to my account on the same day at checkout. I only received it after 4 days and after asking. Uncomfortable bed, room smelled extremely of chemicals. Old windows, you can hear every noise from the street.
After staying at the property, for organizational reasons I booked an additional night. Later, unfortunately, I had to return earlier without being able to use the booking. I requested a refund from the property but it was denied.
