The room was big and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. My stay at this hotel and they upgraded my room again. I can say I didn't experience anything negative.

The breakfast was weaker in terms of hot options compared to previous years. There could be more variety in fried options, for example, adding french fries for children. I had to tell the staff when products ran out during breakfast. I had to ask the staff to bring jam plates as they were never available. I asked for fried bread once and was told it was finished. I am writing these not to criticize the hotel but as recommendations for them to improve in this area, otherwise, I am generally satisfied with the hotel.

I had a leaking toilet when I entered the room. Then one of the spotlights stopped working and made a buzzing sound. Then the curtains came off the rails. When I used the pool, there were not enough towels for two, and I had to search around in my swimming shorts, and two ladies with headscarves saw me, which was inappropriate.

The staff was super nice, helpful, and always friendly. The bed was very comfortable, just the right firmness, and I was very satisfied with the pillow. My wife was less impressed with the pillow. The breakfast buffet is very diverse, with different sides daily, always well-stocked, and well under the control of the crew. The restaurant on the 15th floor has a beautiful view, especially for sunsets. They only serve non-alcoholic drinks (so no one jumps?!), but at very good prices, especially in a hotel. The food we ordered was sufficient and satisfying. And the prices here are respectable. Can compete with restaurants in the city. Thanks for everything!

Many guests left the tables full of food and very messy. While a staff member was cleaning the messy table, a woman from the next table went to the table, disturbed the staff member to get a salt shaker. There would have been one 5 steps away, but then maybe her figure would have been better because she would have moved. Perhaps this is related to different cultures and is not the responsibility of the hotel. It was quite noisy in the spa area.

They could diversify the breakfast a bit more at the facility, secondly, the towels were a bit dirty, we cannot open the window in the room, when we do, spiders come in, we saw 3 spiders, the outside of the window needs to be cleaned.

Staff are very good. Breakfast is ok. Good rooms. Location is good not too far from the center. Available parking. Near grocery store and near shopping center. Easy to find.
