The stay went very well overall. The staff is kind and friendly. Upon my arrival, a young man helped me with my luggage to my room.

The only negative point was the person who accompanied me on the shuttle back to the airport; he left me with my luggage and refused to help me load them onto the bus. Upon arrival, I also had to unload the 3 suitcases without his help. I did not appreciate it.
Sweet employees, everyone helped you very well. Even when we arrived at the hotel at 03:00 in the morning, 2 extra days were easily added
