L'hotel si trova accanto alla stazione di Manchester Victoria, quindi molto comodo se ci si arriva. Ci sono molti bar/ristoranti e opportunità di shopping a breve distanza. L'hotel stesso è moderno e la mia camera accessibile era spaziosa con lenzuola pulite e asciugamani morbidi. Il bagno era perfetto per me in quanto aveva uno sgabello per la doccia. La pressione dell'acqua era scarsa ma la temperatura era buona. Il letto era davvero comodo ma troppo alto, sospetto, per un utente di sedia a rotelle. L'hotel dovrebbe pensarci. Il buffet della colazione era abbastanza standard. Il personale era attento. Non ho usato il bar.
