Location is amazing. The staff are amazing. They are professional and friendly and seriously think of ways to go the extra step to make sure you’re comfortable. Room is comfortable and has a bit of a theme going on: loved the breakfast every morning the buffet had amazing selection to choose from that was quite large, both western and Asian cuisine. Everything was always clean and I have to say I appreciated the multiple bottles of water always left in the room every day!

From the moment we arrived after a long flight, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service is excellent. Everyone is so attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, making us feel comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. We have stayed here several times and always return to the same hotel whenever we are in Seoul. It has become our home away from home in the city. After a busy day exploring Seoul, it is such a pleasure to come back to a place that feels elegant, peaceful, and familiar. Thank you. See you again next time!
