Assessing in stages, the check-in was somewhat confusing, as it was not the apartment owner who received us. Therefore, because I am not fluent in Spanish, the lady arrived around an hour after the agreed time. The apartment is located in an upscale neighborhood. This was positive, as we are vegetarians, and we found several options for food, such as supermarkets, restaurants, and even natural product stores. It is two blocks from the beach. And that's also good. The owner was helpful and occasionally asked if we needed anything. What needs to be added is that the neighborhood has only one entrance. Therefore, traffic is very intense at certain times of the day. As a suggestion, I recommend not renting a car. It's better that way. Furthermore, the same lady did not show up at the agreed time for check-out... I recommend the apartment to all who read my text. Just pay attention to the suggestions presented.

This place offers a far better experience than a hotel if you're seeking a family-friendly, home-like atmosphere with all the essential amenities (fridge, washer/dryer, spacious balcony, and more). The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, nestled between the bay and the beach. The host was outstanding, providing plenty of recommendations for places to visit throughout our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and would give it 10 stars if possible!

My apartment was amazing! The host was professional and communicated with me the entire time. The condo was clean, new, and came with dishes and cleaning supplies. A supermarket was close by so I was able to buy some food. I will definitely book with him again and stay for a month next time.
